The breakfast had a tasty variety of South Indian dishes, including Idli and Vada. The hotel's central location made it easy to visit nearby tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and provided me with a mosquito coil upon request.
There were open drainages throughout the city, so it was important to keep windows shut. Some of the staff members had poor communication skills and did not listen to my concerns about being charged extra.

The lack of communication from the staff, and some poor decisions made by management that adversely affected our stay. Another issue was the unpleasant smell due to the open drainages in the area, which made it necessary to keep the windows closed. there were some negative expectations, but the positive aspects definitely outweighed them.
